All prices shown on this web site are in Australian Dollars, and are subject to change without notice, and inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) applied at the rate of 10% of the price. Orders shipped to an address outside of Australia will have the GST rate automatically removed. All transactions are settled in Australian dollars [$AUD].
If you are ordering from a country other than Australia, and your bank account or credit card is held in a different currency, you can order by credit card through PayPal and your currency will automatically be converted to Australian dollars when you complete the transaction. The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate. A currency conversion fee may also be charged to you by your bank. The final charge to your credit card is made in Australian dollars and your bank or credit provider determines the ultimate conversion rate. We are not able to take responsibility for the final amount charged to your bank or credit card provider.
Payment is subject to the approval of the applicable financial institution issuing the credit card to you and we shall not be liable if such financial institution refuses to accept or honour your payment
Prices for the products are correct at the time of entering information. However, we reserve the right to change its prices at any time without prior notice.
Outside of Sydney Metropolitan, freight is to ground floor only and assistance may be required to unload. We may be able to arrange a dedicated delivery if this does not suit you.
Freight costs are automatically calculated on online checkout. If no freight rates are found for your order, we will contact you within 2 business hours AEST.
Custom orders require custom freight.
Please allow 7-14 working days for delivery from the date your payment is received.
For deliveries to addresses outside of Australia, delivery time after payment processing may take 1-3 weeks.
All customers have the option of purchasing insurance and/or registered mail, which is the only way to obtain some protection for their purchase if it is lost during transit. Packages lost during mail transit will not be reimbursed unless they have been insured and have used registered mail, and only then will customers be able to make a claim via the Australia Post. Unless the customer elects insurance, we do not provide refunds if a package or packages become lost in the mail.
Please note, express delivery does not include insurance. We highly recommend that you choose insured delivery to obtain some protection for your purchases.
We want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. If ever you are unhappy with the items you purchased for any reason please contact us within 7 days upon receipt of the items and we’ll do our best to fix the problem.
You may return any goods that you have changed your mind about, as long as the goods are unopened and the packaging is still in good condition. All returned items must be packed and insured properly to avoid loss or damage during transit. You are responsible for all packaging and postage cost of the items you wish to return.
Postage, bank and other charges you may incur depending on your choice of payment (if applicable) for the transaction will not be refunded.
Please do not return items without contacting us first.
All refunds will be credited back to the same credit card used or, in the case of direct debit to the same account that the payment was made. In the case of money orders or cheques the refund will be sent to the purchaser by way of direct debit/EFT.
In the event that any prices for products provided are declared by us as being listed incorrectly as a result of a typographical error or otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed against the declared incorrect price, regardless of whether or not the order and transaction has already taken place. In circumstances where your credit card has already been charged or payment for the incorrect price has been direct debited, we will immediately arrange to credit your credit card or your account against the incorrect amount and process a new order at the correct price.
